The Internship Business Analyst at XENBER SDN. BHD. is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, proposing data-driven solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams to enhance efficiency and support project development.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and future project needs.  Evaluate existing business processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.  Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions.  Support the development of business cases, including planning, tracking, and monitoring project progress.  Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable specifications for technical teams.  Interpret and transform business data into meaningful insights to support decision-making and process improvements.  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software/application developers to ensure smooth communication and delivery.  Identify trends and patterns using data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.  Monitor implementation outcomes and follow up to ensure solutions meet business objectives.  Develop documentation and deliver effective end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.
