Role Summary

The IT Business Analyst / Senior IT Business Analyst - HR is responsible for providing support and maintenance services for HR systems. This role involves conducting requirement studies and facilitating system improvements while acting as a liaison for users.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day operations ensuring that HR systems function according to established SOPs. You will also provide training and assess support issues to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance services for HR systems.
  • Conduct requirement studies to gather user needs.
  • Prepare design documents for system improvements.
  • Facilitate enhancements to existing HR systems.
  • Act as a touch point for users to address their concerns.
  • Provide training to users on HR systems.
  • Assess support issues and recommend enhancements.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

Minimum 2 years working experience in HR system related projects or support.

Working knowledge of SAP Payroll is an advantage.

Well versed with HR business functions and processes.

Good people handling and communication skills.

Self-starter, able to work independently.
