The IT Executive - Network/Desktop Support is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for network-related hardware systems and software applications. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across IOI Properties offices.
Job Description
As an IT Executive, you will engage in daily deployments, support, and maintenance tasks related to network systems and applications. You will collaborate with various teams to assist in IT network infrastructure initiatives and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deployments and support for network-related hardware systems.
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure and systems.
- Provide technical support to IOI Properties offices.
- Assist in IT network infrastructure initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
- Maintain network documentation and records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Experience with network firewalls and/or web application firewalls is an advantage.
Ability to learn rapidly and understand new high technology products and services.
Excellent analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
