As an IT Executive, you will support and manage the company's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role involves resolving technical issues and contributing to system enhancements and security measures to maintain efficient internal technology for effective business operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field.
1 to 3+ years of relevant IT experience, typically in IT support, network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, or a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
Understanding of IT security fundamentals including backup, firewall, and access control.
Ability to support servers, networks, and user accounts.
Good communication skills to assist non-technical users with issues.
Experience with cloud solutions, virtualization, or cybersecurity tools is desirable.
Knowledge of backup/recovery, server administration, or network security best practices is desirable.
