Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Support servers, networks, and user accounts effectively.
- Communicate with non-technical users to assist with their IT issues.
- Implement IT security fundamentals including backup and access control.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field.
1 to 3+ years of relevant IT experience in IT support or network administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
Understanding of IT security fundamentals.
Experience with cloud solutions or cybersecurity tools is desirable.
