The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager in ensuring the efficient and customer-focused operation of the restaurant. The role involves team leadership, training, guest relations, operational management, and supporting strategic initiatives to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, customer-focused, and profitable operations of the restaurant. This role involves operational management, team leadership and training, guest relations, service excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications in food safety/hygiene are a plus.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or hotel outlet.
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is strongly preferred.
Experience with POS systems and outlet reporting tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
Good understanding of inventory control, cost management, and sales analysis.
Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia and other languages a plus.
Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and ability to uphold brand standards.
