The IT Executive - Yun Team at Genting Malaysia Berhad is responsible for the implementation and management of cloud solutions and virtual machines, with a focus on VMware and Alibaba Cloud technologies. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership, development, operations, and security teams to maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud and virtual environments.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent, or a Diploma/Professional Certificate with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in VMware and Windows System Administration.
Experience in various operating systems, security, LAN technology, communication protocol and mediums, internet technology and configuration is an added advantage.
Knowledge in diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated, well organized, and result oriented.
Knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Alibaba Cloud, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Database, and VMware administration are additional advantages.
Able to work out of office hours where necessary and be on standby 24/7.
