Role Summary
The IT Executive - Yun Team is responsible for the implementation and management of cloud solutions and virtual machines. This role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud and virtual environments.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in the daily management of cloud technologies, focusing on VMware and Alibaba Cloud. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cloud solutions and manage virtual machines.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
- Maintain and optimize VMware and Alibaba Cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services.
- Monitor system performance and security compliance.
- Provide support during out-of-office hours as needed.
- Document processes and maintain system records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a Diploma/Professional Certificate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in VMware and Windows System Administration.
Experience with various operating systems and LAN technology.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
