Job Description
The Joget Support Engineer role involves daily interactions with customers and partners to address technical issues and ensure smooth operations. The engineer will utilize their technical skills to troubleshoot problems and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage issues reported in the Joget Enterprise Support system.
- Propose solutions to minimize operational disruption.
- Contribute to the product knowledge base to assist customers.
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions.
- Assist in the development of training materials for users.
- Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
B.S degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study.
Strong knowledge of Java technology for web-based applications.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with MySQL and database management.
Familiarity with agile development environments.
Experience with version control systems like Git or Subversion.
