The Joget Support Engineer role involves providing support to partners and customers worldwide, primarily in a remote work setting. The engineer will triage issues reported in the Joget Enterprise Support system, propose solutions to minimize operational disruption, and contribute to the product knowledge base to assist customers. Joget DX is an open source low-code platform for digital transformation, combining process automation, workflow management, and no-code/low-code app development.
B.S degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study.
Comfortable in using Java technology for web-based applications, preferably in Apache Maven, Spring and Hibernate.
Strong in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Troubleshooting mindset - mitigation and resolution of issues.
Good communication skill in English in both written and spoken.
Good database and SQL skills, especially MySQL.
Experience with Joget DX or similar products is desirable.
Experience working with cross-browser behaviors and quirks is desirable.
Experience in working in an agile development environment is desirable.
Experience working with remote teams is desirable.
Experience with subversion or git, continuous integration and deployment tools is desirable.
Experience with unit testing is desirable.
Experience with secure coding practices is desirable.
Experience working with different OS and cloud platforms is desirable.
Experience in mobile Android or IOS development is desirable.
