Junior Executive / Executive Finance (Account Receivable) at Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad - Kuala Lumpur

The Junior Executive / Executive Finance (Account Receivable) is responsible for managing the accounts receivables and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the organization through effective reconciliation and processing of transactions.

In this role, you will engage in daily financial operations, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth processing of accounts receivable. You will be part of a dynamic finance team that values accuracy and efficiency in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle account receivables and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Manage monthly closing activities related to accounts receivables and bank transactions.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
• Process intercompany invoicing and reconcile monthly transactions and balances.
• Verify entries and match transactions in the accounting system for reconciliation.
• Prepare and upload required documents for government tender submissions via ePerolehan.
• Ensure timely submission of e-Invoices to LHDN by the IT team.
• Compile and prepare the monthly Channel Report for all incoming transactions.
• Monitor terminal transactions and prepare daily bank balance reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks relevant to the finance department.
