Job Description
The Junior Web Developer role is suited for individuals early in their career, including fresh graduates and bootcamp graduates. The position focuses on building and maintaining user-friendly web applications using React for UI components and Ruby on Rails for backend APIs. The developer will convert Figma designs into responsive webpages with Tailwind CSS, implement ticket purchase flows with payment gateway integration, fix bugs, improve performance, and collaboratively develop new features while testing their own code before release.
Job Requirements
A solid grasp of programming fundamentals and comfort with reasoning through simple logic problems and explaining code behavior.
Ability to create clean, responsive layouts using modern CSS techniques.
Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, Svelte, or Next.
Clear and structured thinking with the ability to explain decisions.
Curiosity, willingness to learn quickly, and openness to feedback.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
