This role is an Internship Project Lead position focused on managing web projects such as conference websites and event applications. The intern will receive training to handle multiple projects, work with clients and teams, and develop skills to transition into a full-time Project Lead role.
Job Description
The Project Lead Intern will be trained to manage multiple website and web app projects, including conference websites, registration systems, and event web apps. The intern will work closely with clients, designers, and developers in a fast-paced environment to manage timelines, communicate clearly, and ensure high-quality delivery, with the goal to develop into a full-time Project Lead.
Job Requirements
Interest in IT, digital, or event-related projects (experience is a bonus but not required).
Basic understanding of how websites or web apps are built, or willingness to learn quickly.
Good communication and coordination skills — able to discuss details clearly with the team and clients.
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to follow timelines and manage multiple tasks.
Able to handle fast-paced work and remain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to think critically, ask the right questions, and clarify requirements when something is unclear.
Comfortable working with designers and developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Passionate about technology, problem-solving, and working with people.
