Job Description
The L1.5 System Engineer engages in day-to-day operations that involve troubleshooting and maintaining servers, networking equipment, and user systems. The position requires collaboration with support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite systems and network support for clients.
- Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 analysis and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain and monitor server and network performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies.
- Document technical processes and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcomed to apply.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE) are a plus.
