The L1.5 System Engineer provides onsite systems and network support for clients' daily operations, primarily working in data center environments supporting global technology infrastructures. The role involves conducting operations within Linux environments, handling Level 1 or Level 2 analysis and troubleshooting on servers, networking equipment, and user systems, and collaborating with support teams and stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, with consideration for candidates with significant relevant experience.
Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcomed to apply.
Flexible to work fixed hours and/or shift work with ad-hoc allowances.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive with a positive attitude.
Independent yet versatile as a good team player when working on projects within a team.
Relentless attitude with ownership of customer problems from start to resolution.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE) are a plus.
