
The L1 Support Engineer is responsible for providing onsite Systems and Network support to clients. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
The L1 Support Engineer engages in daily operations by handling Level 1 analysis and troubleshooting for servers, networking equipment, and user systems. The engineer also manages case tickets and collaborates with Level 2 Support teams for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE) are a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
