Role Summary
The Lead Analyst is responsible for providing critical application development and support services for the USCRPA team. This role involves managing ongoing support for automation solutions while ensuring compliance with AIA standards.
Job Description
As a Lead Analyst, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include reviewing project documentation and managing business-as-usual (BAU) activities. You will also coordinate platform upgrades and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project documentation such as PDD and SDD.
- Provide ongoing support for Power Automate Desktop and UIPath automations.
- Manage BAU activities and handle incident resolutions within SLAs.
- Coordinate platform upgrades and ensure compliance with AIA standards.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Perform regression testing and conduct user-acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure adherence to Change Governance and Information Security compliance.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in RPA tools specifically Power Automate Desktop and UIPath.
Experience in reviewing documentation including PDD, SDD, and Code reviews.
Strong skills in developing and maintaining Functional and Technical Specifications.
Experience with incident management and change requests.
Competence in meeting SLA priorities.
