Job Description
As a Lead Analyst for the USCRPA team, you will provide critical application development and support services. Responsibilities include reviewing project documentation such as PDD and SDD, providing ongoing support for Power Automate Desktop and UIPath automations, and ensuring all solutions adhere to AIA standards. You will manage BAU activities, handle incident resolutions within SLAs, and coordinate platform upgrades while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in RPA tools specifically Power Automate Desktop (Core) and UIPath.
Experience in reviewing documentation including PDD, SDD, and Code reviews.
Ability to manage BAU activities of simple to medium complexity scenarios.
Strong skills in developing and maintaining Functional and Technical Specifications.
Experience with incident management, change requests, and meeting SLA priorities.
Competence in performing regression testing and conducting user-acceptance testing (UAT).
Knowledge of Change Governance and Information Security compliance.
Capability to coordinate regular platform patches and system upgrades.
