The intern will also support talent development initiatives and assist with various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.

• Coordinate training sessions and manage learning resources.
• Schedule trainings and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Maintain training records and assist with financial administration.
• Support HR development corporation administration.
• Manage learning facilities and ensure they are well-equipped.
• Assist in planning talent development events.
