This role is a Learning and Talent Intern position at Astro Malaysia focused on creating engaging training experiences, coordinating events, and collaborating with diverse teams to support employee growth. The intern supports the Learning & Talent team in delivering high-quality training and talent development programs.
The Learning and Talent Intern will assist the Learning & Talent team by coordinating training sessions, managing learning resources, and supporting talent development initiatives. The role involves administrative tasks such as scheduling trainings, liaising with internal and external parties, maintaining training records, assisting with financial and HR development corporation administration, and managing learning facilities. Additionally, the intern will assist in planning talent development events and performing general administrative duties.
Final year students in related field of bachelor’s degree such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology etc.
Strong sense of teamwork.
Able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work together in a project or team environment.
Detailed oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven talent decisions.
Driven by progress and genuinely collaborating with others to make it happen.
A mindset that embraces curiosity and learning of all kinds and is open to being wrong and failing in the pursuit of learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
