
The Leasing Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing lease agreements and maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationships. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the mall's performance through effective leasing strategies and market research.
In this position, you will engage in daily activities that involve preparing lease documents, monitoring tenancy renewals, and generating leasing leads. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with lease terms and contribute to the overall success of the mall.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management, or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in property sales and marketing, particularly in retail leasing.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
