
This position involves advising on compliance policies, managing due diligence processes, conducting sanctions screening, and preparing reports. In this role, you will provide daily advisory support on compliance policies and procedures, addressing inquiries and determining appropriate actions in collaboration with legal counsel. You will manage the completion of due diligence questionnaires, maintain a repository of responses, and conduct ongoing sanctions screening, ensuring alerts are cleared and lists are current. Additionally, you'll prepare various internal and external reports, support the drafting of new policies, and lead compliance training initiatives.
BA/BS degree, preferably in law or accounting.
Proficient in data entry and advanced MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ask insightful questions.
Knowledge of compliance programs is essential.
Must be organized, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment to deliver results.
