Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve addressing compliance inquiries and determining appropriate actions. You will also manage due diligence processes and conduct ongoing sanctions screening to maintain compliance integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory support on compliance policies and procedures.
- Address inquiries and determine appropriate actions in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Manage the completion of due diligence questionnaires and maintain a repository of responses.
- Conduct ongoing sanctions screening, ensuring alerts are cleared and lists are current.
- Prepare various internal and external reports related to compliance.
- Support the drafting of new compliance policies.
- Lead compliance training initiatives for staff.
Job Requirements
BA/BS degree, preferably in law or accounting.
Proficient in data entry and advanced MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ask insightful questions.
Knowledge of compliance programs is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
