We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Live Host to represent our skincare brand, Wonderlab. The role involves hosting live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to engage with viewers and promote product benefits effectively. You will be responsible for creating compelling product reviews, answering customer enquiries in real-time, and driving online sales through interactive sessions. Additionally, you will analyze performance data to improve future broadcasts and participate in the production of short-form video content for various social media channels.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in live hosting or social media content creation.
Proficient in navigating TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram platforms for business.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills with a confident on-camera presence.
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on streaming schedules.
Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry with a keen interest in pop culture.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to analyze social media insights and develop creative ways to enhance engagement.
