Job Description
The Live Stream Host acts as the product showcase representative and transaction promoter of the brand, focusing on live performance, user interaction, and conversion capabilities. The role involves collaborating with shooting and editing teams to prepare materials and scripts, executing daily live streaming tasks according to scripts, delivering product explanations and guiding customer interaction, and responding to operational instructions in real time. The host is also responsible for maintaining a professional and energetic brand image with fluent language and natural camera presence, as well as reviewing live streaming data and providing optimization suggestions.
Job Requirements
The camera performance is natural and approachable, in line with the brand image positioning.
Mandarin expression is clear, logical, and articulate.
Possesses basic ability to organize dialogue and improvisational response skills.
Familiar with the process and basic gameplay of live streaming e-commerce.
Can consistently output selling points based on scripts.
Understands basic product demonstration techniques and scene conversion logic.
Prior experience in live streaming or video appearance is preferred.
Prior experience in e-commerce or live streaming salesperson is preferred.
Can work night shifts and adapt to a high-frequency live streaming pace.
Can quickly adjust the rhythm and dialogue according to operational instructions.
Possesses basic data sensitivity and understands conversion logic.
Emotionally stable and strong at withstanding pressure.
Strong sense of responsibility and pays attention to professional image.
Possesses a willingness to learn and continuously optimize performance.
