Job Description
The Content Producer (Video Editing Specialist) is responsible for transforming operational strategies and product selling points into high-quality video content. This role involves producing video content for account operations, influencer collaboration models, and advertising placements, working collaboratively with the BD Manager to provide standardized materials for influencer collaborations and advertisements. Key responsibilities include completing daily shooting and editing tasks according to a weekly content production plan, ensuring content quality aligns with brand tone, and managing shooting equipment and material organization.
Job Requirements
Proficient in at least one mainstream video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or JianYin Professional Edition.
Possess basic photography skills, including composition, lighting, camera movement, and sound recording.
Familiar with the content logic of short video platforms like TikTok and the rhythm of vertical screen videos.
Able to independently complete the entire process from filming to final production.
Prior experience in short video filming or content creation is preferred.
Prior experience in e-commerce or product promotion video production is preferred.
Experience in A/B test material production is an advantage.
Good time management skills and ability to maintain stable output under high-intensity pace.
Detail-oriented with the ability to make quick modifications based on feedback.
Able to understand operational strategies and convert them into visual content.
Aesthetically pleasing with a sense of internet culture and content judgment.
Strong learning ability to follow platform trends continuously.
Positive work attitude and smooth communication.
