Job Description
The Regional Supervisor Assistant plays a core supporting role to the regional supervisor by assisting in daily operational management, data follow-up, inter-departmental coordination, and project implementation. This position ensures the efficient advancement of regional business goals and serves as a key link between strategic instructions and front-line execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, media, data analysis, or related fields.
Proficient in using Office software including Excel, Word, and PPT.
Basic data analysis capabilities and ability to prepare operational reports.
Good written expression and logical thinking abilities.
Experience in e-commerce, content operation, or project assistance is preferred.
Experience with cross-departmental coordination is preferred.
Strong task orientation with excellent follow-up capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under stress.
High execution ability and a strong sense of responsibility.
Clear thinking and good communication skills.
