Job Description
In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations within the Projects Department, working closely with Business Development, Livestream Operations, Creators/Hosts, and Brand partners. You will develop and execute promotional strategies from brand briefs to ensure successful livestream execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Projects Department to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
- Develop comprehensive promotional strategies based on brand briefs.
- Execute action plans to facilitate effective livestream execution.
- Act as a liaison between strategy, content, and execution teams.
- Oversee multiple brands and stakeholders concurrently.
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a high level of organization and focus on timelines.
Job Requirements
4–7 years of experience in project management, marketing, content strategy, or client management.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce promotions, live commerce strategies, or digital marketing.
Strong communication and synthesis abilities.
Highly organized and methodical.
Fluent in Mandarin and familiar with the Chinese community.
