Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of livestream operations, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms like TikTok and Lazada. You will work closely with hosts and the production team to elevate the overall performance and quality of livestreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee livestream schedules and ensure host fulfillment.
- Manage studio use and equipment for optimal performance.
- Support and train hosts to enhance their presentation skills.
- Analyze livestream metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase viewer engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide structured feedback to hosts and manage performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize livestream content.
Job Requirements
3–7 years of experience in livestream operations or digital commerce.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop and Lazada livestream systems.
Experience in managing host schedules and multi-stream setups.
Ability to analyze metrics and implement operational improvements.
Excellent coaching and feedback skills.
Highly organized and proactive mindset.
