Job Description
The Livestream Operations & Performance Manager will oversee and enhance JAM's livestream environment across platforms including TikTok, Lazada, KOL channels, non-KOL hosts, and IP accounts. This role involves managing livestream schedules, ensuring host fulfillment and studio use, supporting and training hosts, and progressively improving livestream quality and conversion.
Job Requirements
3–7 years experience in livestream operations, livestream performance, or digital commerce.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop & Lazada livestream systems.
Experience managing host schedules and multi-stream setups.
Strong in analysing livestream metrics & converting them into operational improvements.
Comfortable coaching talent, giving structured feedback, and managing difficult situations.
Highly organised, structured, proactive.
Able to think like both an operator AND a performance strategist.
