Job Description

The Finance & Operations Manager will manage finance and billing processes, accounting activities, audit and compliance tasks, and general administrative duties. This position requires a proactive approach in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage finance and billing processes to support business activities.
  • Conduct accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate audit and compliance tasks with internal and external auditors.
  • Support general administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Implement solutions to improve financial and administrative processes.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.

Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience with accounting software such as Xero, SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks is a bonus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to interact with auditors and internal teams.
