
The Accounting and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations and administrative functions of the company. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and compliant business operations to support the company's livestream and content commerce business expansion.
The Finance & Operations Manager will manage finance and billing processes, accounting activities, audit and compliance tasks, and general administrative duties. This position requires a proactive approach in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks is a bonus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to interact with auditors and internal teams.
Startup-friendly mindset: flexible, proactive, solution-driven.
