The Finance & Operations Manager will oversee the daily financial operations, basic accounting tasks, and internal administrative functions of the company to ensure efficient and compliant business operations. This role involves managing finance and billing processes, accounting activities, audit and compliance tasks, and general administrative and operational duties to support the company's livestream and content commerce business expansion.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience (accounts + admin).
Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software (Xero / SQL / AutoCount / QuickBooks is a bonus).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills, able to deal with auditors and internal teams.
