Job Description
Sunway Medical Centre Bandar Sunway is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to manage crowd control in designated areas such as the lift and counter. The role involves providing assistance to customers and patients, directing them to their desired locations, and helping them fill out the Patient Experience Cempia via QR code or tablets. This position is crucial for ensuring a positive experience for all visitors at the medical centre.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM and 18 years old and above.
Fresh graduates or those awaiting study intakes are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in direct customer or patient contact is an advantage.
Able to commit to the following schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Saturday: 8am to 1pm, Sunday & Public Holiday: Off.
On-the-job training and uniform will be provided.
