Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will engage in day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize logistics processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the Warehouse Delivery Order (DO) System.
- Oversee the Courier System to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate shipments and track deliveries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records to support warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Identify and resolve logistics challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in logistics or warehouse management is an advantage.
Proficient in using Warehouse DO and Courier Systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
