
The Logistics Trainee is responsible for assisting in the preparation and tracking of shipments. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn the logistics process while working closely with experienced staff in a dynamic environment.
As a Logistics Trainee, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve preparing and tracking shipments, as well as supporting warehouse activities such as packing and labeling items. You will communicate with drivers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain organized records and documents. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and tracking shipments - Support warehouse operations including packing and labeling - Communicate effectively with drivers and suppliers - Maintain organized records and documents - Perform simple data entry and generate basic reports - Collaborate with experienced staff for on-the-job training - Attend training sessions to improve logistics skills
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
