
The Loyalty Manager is responsible for leading the Loyalty vertical within the Oil & Gas retail sector. This role oversees the full loyalty ecosystem, driving customer engagement, partner growth, and commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will manage the Loyalty Management System and develop a 3–5-year loyalty roadmap while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-aligned initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving business results. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of loyalty strategies. - Oversee the management of the Loyalty Management System. - Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty. - Collaborate with partners to foster growth and innovation. - Analyze customer data to inform loyalty program enhancements. - Manage budgets related to loyalty initiatives. - Design and implement end-to-end customer journey experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
8–12 years in Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, or Partnerships.
3+ years in managerial or leadership roles.
Strong background in high-frequency industries such as Oil & Gas.
Proven experience in partner-led or coalition loyalty programs.
