Job Description
The Malaysia - 2025 Voyage Program - Engineering is a full-time, paid global leadership development program offered by Marriott International. It provides recent university graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on, discipline-specific training and leadership experience in hotel engineering within a Marriott International managed hotel. The program lasts 18 months and immerses participants in daily hotel operations, project management, customer relationship cultivation, and innovation initiatives to prepare them for supervisory or entry-level management roles in Marriott.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher level education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary).
Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
Self-manage and be a self-starter.
Real desire for personal and professional growth.
