In this role, the Mall Leasing & Marketing Manager will engage in daily activities that involve coordinating with tenants and analyzing sales data to enhance mall performance. The manager will also foster relationships with media and community groups to promote the mall effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze mall sales turnover to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage monthly income collections to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate tenant recruitment to fill vacancies promptly.
- Maintain strong tenant relations to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct training sessions for tenants to optimize their operations.
- Develop public relations strategies with media and community groups.
- Ensure smooth car park operations and assess their impact on tenant sales.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Mall and Retail Leasing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious and aggressive character.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be able to work in AEON Mall Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
