Job Description
In this role, the Management Associate will engage in various projects and initiatives that support the CEO's vision and objectives. Working within a small, dedicated team, the associate will receive mentorship and guidance while actively participating in strategic discussions and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the CEO.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Support the execution of company-wide initiatives and programs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
