Role Summary

Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Learning & Development to implement various training programs and ensure effective onboarding for expatriates. You will engage in strategic planning and execution of training initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering training programs, particularly the Future Leaders Program.
- Develop training modules tailored to organizational needs.
- Collaborate with Japan HR on expatriate-related matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Liaise with local authorities for compliance and support.
- Manage the onboarding process for expatriates.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management or a related field.
Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in curriculum development and training execution.
