The Manager/Assistant Manager will assist the Head of Learning & Development in delivering training programs, particularly the Future Leaders Program. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of training initiatives, as well as collaboration with Japan HR on matters concerning Japanese expatriates. Responsibilities include developing training modules, liaising with local authorities, and managing expatriate onboarding.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management or related field
Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Japanese
Willingness to travel for training sessions and workshops
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in curriculum development and training execution
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
