Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in banking industry
Proven track record in sales, coaching, and mentoring
Strong management skills in sales force and performance management
Ability to develop tactical sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in community engagement and relationship building
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
