Job Description
The Capability Development Manager is tasked with leading the end-to-end Capability Development function for PTP. This role involves establishing an integrated approach to competency management, succession planning, talent development, and leadership development. The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business strategies into structured capability development interventions to ensure PTP maintains the necessary capabilities and talent readiness for current and future operational requirements.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing PTP's capability development strategy, establishing competency frameworks, managing succession planning, and fostering partnerships with academic institutions. The Manager will also lead initiatives in learning technology and capability analytics to ensure that development programs are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Psychology, Education, Engineering, Technology or relevant discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related Human Capital functions
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks
Practical experience in succession planning and talent development
Experience in designing leadership development programs
Strong project management skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
