Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Tender Executive to join our Procurement & Tender team. This role will support and manage tender activities from initiation through evaluation and award, ensuring the process is completed efficiently and competitively in accordance with PTP's procurement requirements. You will manage end-to-end tender activities, prepare and review tender documentation, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders throughout the tender process.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional qualification from a recognised institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably with exposure to tender and contract management.
Good understanding of procurement processes, tendering, sourcing and commercial evaluation.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple tender activities and deadlines independently.
Familiarity with procurement terminology and commercial terms such as Incoterms and SLA.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP/procurement systems will be an advantage.
Exposure to vendor management, sourcing and supply chain activities is preferred.
CIPS or CILT certification will be an added advantage.
