
The Manager - Communication Coach is responsible for designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaboration with the local AC L&D team to ensure effective communication training and coaching aligned with business needs.
In this role, you will focus on the day-to-day delivery of communication training and coaching, working closely with professionals to enhance their communication skills. You will also be involved in the design and deployment of training programs that meet the specific needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in language teaching or managing learning projects in blended learning environments.
Masters’ degree/Certificate/Diploma in English or related fields.
CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional methods.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
Experience working with diverse groups of people.
