
The Manager, Customer Engagement & Partnership is responsible for driving marketing and loyalty campaigns for credit and debit card customers. This role operates within the bank’s payments and partnership ecosystem, requiring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution.
In this role, the Manager will report to the Head of Customer Engagement & Partnership and will be involved in the day-to-day management of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage strong business acumen and data analysis skills to ensure the timely launch of campaigns within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant fields.
10 years and above relevant work experience in financial institutions, customer loyalty, FMCG, digital creative or media agency.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
