The Manager, Group Marketing & Sales will be responsible for strategic planning and business development, implementing sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. This role involves expanding sales channels, managing sales platforms, and ensuring stakeholder alignment on project go-to-market strategies. The manager will also develop sales incentive plans and apply digital marketing knowledge to enhance lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing roles
Proven track record of sales performance in property development
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies
Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and sales funnels
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in CRM systems is an added advantage
