The Manager, PBTB Technology Delivery is responsible for leading claim functionality coding for product launches and enhancements. This role involves analyzing business requirements and ensuring system stability and effectiveness in a dynamic technology environment.
As a Manager for PBTB Technology Delivery, you will engage in hands-on coding and manage database changes while providing critical support during system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system design and development.
Mandatory proficiency in Java programming and SQL.
Hands-on experience with web frameworks like Struts, Spring, and Hibernate.
Experience with application servers like Tomcat/JBoss and reporting tools like Jasper.
Familiarity with version control tools such as SVN, Bit Bucket, or GitHub.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
Knowledge of the life insurance industry is highly preferred.
