Job Description
As a Manager for PBTB Technology Delivery, you will lead claim functionality coding for product launches and enhancements. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, performing gap analysis, and designing logical and physical specifications. You will perform hands-on coding, manage database changes, and develop interfaces while providing critical support during SIT, UAT, and production environments to ensure system stability and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system design and development.
Mandatory proficiency in Java programming and SQL.
Hands-on experience with web frameworks like Struts, Spring, and Hibernate.
Experience with application servers like Tomcat/JBoss and reporting tools like Jasper.
Familiarity with version control tools such as SVN, Bit Bucket, or GitHub.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
Knowledge of the life insurance industry is highly preferred.
