The manager will also propose innovative ideas and implement cost control initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project planning and implementation
Strong knowledge of design development and construction processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to adapt to market trends
