Role Summary
The Manager, Research & Insights is responsible for leading consumer research initiatives to drive strategic decision-making. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the customer experience and product offerings in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Job Description
In this position, you will be a key contributor to our dynamic Customer Experience and Insights team, designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies. Your insights will directly influence our product roadmaps and strategic direction, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive consumer research studies.
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business strategies.
- Present research findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage relationships with external research agencies and vendors.
- Ensure high-quality standards in research methodologies and reporting.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Behavioural/Social Science, or a related Quantitative field.
Minimum 6 years of experience managing primary market research (Quant/Qual).
Experience in Financial Institutions or Market Research agencies is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage and inspire different stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
