
The Manager, Research & Insights will lead consumer research initiatives to gather actionable insights that drive product strategy. This role requires a blend of quantitative and qualitative research skills to evaluate product impact and identify new opportunities, ensuring a customer-centric approach in decision-making.

Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Behavioural/Social Science, or a related Quantitative field.
Minimum 6 years of experience managing primary market research (Quant/Qual).
Experience in Financial Institutions or Market Research agencies is an advantage.
Well-versed in analyzing information to drive strategic implications.
Proven ability to manage and inspire different stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
A consistent track record of delivering high-quality business results.
