Responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluating sales performance, leading the sales team, and maintaining relationships with key customers. The role requires timely completion of sales transactions and compliance with internal SOPs.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or equivalent
At least 6 years in sales and marketing in the property developer industry
Experience in property development/real estate
Experience in leading a sales team
Possess in-depth knowledge of property markets and trends
Experience in IFCA.net
Experience in feasibility studies will be an added advantage
