Role Summary
The Manager, Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving effective sales methods to achieve targets and developing strategic marketing plans. Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve market research, sales performance evaluation, and team leadership. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of sales transactions and adherence to internal procedures.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or equivalent.

Proven experience in property development/real estate.
Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of property markets and trends.
Familiarity with IFCA.net.
Experience in conducting feasibility studies is an advantage.
