
The Manager / Senior Manager - Assurance is responsible for providing a range of services and business advice to clients, from small businesses to large entities. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and contributing to team development while solving complex technical challenges.
As a Manager in Assurance, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include financial management and business development. You will also play a crucial role in delivering large projects and training staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Accounting with ACA/CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in statutory and regulatory audits
1-2 years in a supervisory role
Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is preferable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good leadership skills and resilience
Ability to build meaningful relationships
