Job Description
In this position, the Manager - Tax will oversee day-to-day tax operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with finance teams and external parties to stay updated on tax developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tax strategies and planning initiatives.
- Manage tax compliance and oversee BEPS reporting.
- Develop and implement training programs for finance teams.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on tax developments and regulations.
- Analyze tax implications of business decisions.
- Provide guidance on tax-related issues to the Group companies.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting and Finance or ACCA.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a tax/accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of large corporations.
High problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.
Highly motivated individual passionate about providing value-added services.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
