Job Description
As a Manager in Valuation at PwC, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include advising clients on acquisition and disposal valuations, conducting financial modeling, and coaching team members. You will work in a collaborative environment, analyzing complex proposals and building consensus among stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline or professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial modeling or Corporate Finance.
CFA candidate preferred.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of business drivers.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and client servicing skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience in statistical or financial derivatives modeling is an advantage.
