As a Manufacturing Manager, you will manage the production functions of the plant, translating operational strategies into implementation plans. You will oversee budgeting, capacity planning, and headcount management while ensuring production targets meet internal and external customer expectations. The role involves initiating investments for equipment, driving continuous improvement via CBS methods, and ensuring compliance with quality and ESH standards. You will also lead employee development and collaborate across functions to optimize manufacturing performance and reporting.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating production functions within an operations unit.
Strong ability to translate production strategy into action plans and manage budgets.
Experience with manufacturing processes such as mixing, calendaring, extruding, or assembly.
Knowledge of continuous improvement activities and CBS (Continental Business System) methods.
Leadership skills for conducting employee dialogues, coaching, and personnel development.
Familiarity with ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) compliance and quality control standards.
Proficiency in production performance monitoring and KPI reporting.
