SUPER Avatar Academy is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to join their team to support their mission of empowering children through emotional intelligence (EQ). The role involves creating engaging content that showcases the impact of their EQ coaching, involving planning, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos, as well as managing content calendars and writing in both English and Mandarin.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Education, Psychology or related field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking.
1–3 years of content creation, social media, or video editing experience, preferably in agency, start-up, or education.
Proven short-form video skills including planning, filming (mobile allowed), and editing using CapCut or Premiere.
Proficient in Canva for basic layout, typography, thumbnails, and carousels.
Strong copywriting skills for hooks, captions, emails, and simple landing pages with a parent-friendly and conversion focus.
Comfortable with publishing, analytics, and iterative optimisation on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including A/B testing hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs.
Organised and able to manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and maintain an asset library efficiently.
Eager to learn and grow, receptive to feedback, and proactive in problem-solving.
Passionate about education and children, able to translate classroom impact into stories that resonate with parents.
