Role Summary
The Internship Children Coach Intern is responsible for assisting the lead coach in guiding children aged 5-7 years during coaching classes focused on Emotional Intelligence education. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a supportive learning environment and enhancing the educational experience for young learners.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the lead coach to facilitate engaging coaching sessions for children. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning classes, maintaining educational materials, and communicating with parents about their child's progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead coach in conducting coaching classes.
- Plan and design educational activities focused on Emotional Intelligence.
- Prepare and maintain teaching materials and resources.
- Update parents on their child's progress and development.
- Support operational and administrative tasks within the academy.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance coaching strategies.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Passion for working with children.
Teaching experience is a plus.
Coaching experience is preferred.
Eager to learn and grow in the education field.
Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
