Job Description
As a Medical Lab Scientist specializing in Special Haematology, you will perform laboratory testing across pre-examination, examination, and post-examination processes in accordance with approved procedures. You will be responsible for conducting authorized tests using manual, semi-automated, and automated methods while adhering to established quality control and analytical acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will assess specimens, operate laboratory equipment, and maintain accurate records to ensure reliability and traceability of results.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science or relevant qualification recognized by the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
Registered as an allied health practitioner under the Allied Health Professions Act.
Relevant working experience in Haematology or related medical laboratory environment is an advantage; fresh graduates may be considered.
Ability to assess Special Haematology specimens against established criteria.
