Job Description
In this role, you will engage with dental healthcare professionals in Klang Valley, executing programs that promote Haleon's oral care products. You will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on building relationships and driving product endorsements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with dental healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Plan and execute programs to enhance understanding of oral care products.
- Drive continuous recommendations and endorsements of products.
- Analyze customer behavior and business potentials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to product recommendations.
- Adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; science background is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing in Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industry.
Strong track record in working within cross-functional teams.
Experience in coverage in university hospitals and government clinics is an advantage.
Self-motivated with a dynamic personality.
Effective communication and analytical skills.
