Job Description
As a Merchandiser for BABA'S, you will maintain product presence across retail outlets in Kluang. You are responsible for visiting stores, inspecting shelf life, and ensuring adequate stock levels through daily reporting. Key duties include executing eye-catching displays following strict FIFO principles and specific shelving guidelines for various product weights. You will also build relationships with outlet managers to ensure optimal brand visibility and minimize market returns.
Job Requirements
Ability to work on-site at various promotion outlets while wearing the company uniform.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with outlet managers and supervisors.
Proficiency in stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
Capability to manage physical inventory and adhere to specific shelf display guidelines.
Diligent in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages promptly to management.
Flexibility to potentially relocate to other outlets in the Klang Valley if necessary.
High degree of punctuality and commitment to daily promotional activity reporting.
